Sina Sabetmahani
Ph.D in Geophysics
Sina Sabermahani holds a Ph.D. in Geophysics and specializes in earthquake seismology and machine-learning applications in geoscience. His research focuses on seismic data analysis, receiver-function studies, and the development of intelligent algorithms for earthquake clustering and hazard assessment. He has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications, including the development of a density-adaptive DBSCAN algorithm for improved earthquake clustering in Iran. With strong expertise in both seismological modeling and data-driven approaches, Dr. Sabermahani continues to integrate geophysical insight with computational innovation to enhance real-time seismic monitoring and earthquake hazard evaluation.
